Lonely Lights stars British Exchange student Nik, who's attending MGU's photography program. Nik's social anxiety has kept him from truly exploring all that MGU has to offer, and when he nearly fails an assignment because of it - he realises that the upcoming charity concert is the perfect place to get the photos he needs to pass.
The only problem is... Leo is the headlining act for the concert. Nik's celebrity crush for as long as he can remember. Will he be able to get past his crippling anxiety... Or will his journey at MGU end here?

I was about to say, I liked the twist of part one that it ended in a misunderstanding that pushed them apart. This could have made it unique and interesting to tell how they resolved that misunderstanding later in the story. But I was a little disappointed by the actual ending of the chapter which was quite a television cliché at this point.
For now, I'm not sure if I like "The Real Students of Magnolia Grove University". I wonder if it really adds something that could have not been told otherwise, especially with multiple protagonists and a shifting perspective.
It would have been intriguing if Leo's roommate would have been the one person that doesn't know his music, let alone he's famous. I'm sure, he would have appreciated it.
